Capacity Building
Spring Agric's curriculum is rooted in lived experience and continuously refined through pre- and post-training feedback loops. Spring Agric equips women and agribusinesses with gender and youth-responsive skills and knowledge. We focus on:
Regenerative agriculture practices
Techniques such as crop rotation, agroforestry, soil conservation, and water
harvesting to enhance soil health, increase productivity, and promote environmental sustainability.
Value addition
Skills to add value to their agricultural products— such as processing,
packaging, and branding, to increase
marketability and profitability.
Agribusiness development
Business skills needed to start and scale their agribusiness ventures Topics include financial literacy, market access, business planning, and digital marketing.
Spring Agric delivers training through three flexible models:
01 Direct Delivery
Our team trains farmers using in-house curricula built from pilot feedback.
02 Partner-Led Training
We collaborate to co-deliver context-specific training, based on our curriculum or co-developed with partners.
03 Train-the-Trainer (ToT)
We build institutional capacity by training organizations to cascade learning.
